Do I get a certificate?

No — and that’s on purpose. No Panic is an informal workshop, not an accredited course, so there’s no exam and no certificate. It’s built so the skills stay in your hands, not on a piece of paper you file and forget.

Is this a substitute for an official first aid course?

No. It does not replace the accredited first aid training required for a driving license, workplace obligations, or professional certification in Austria. Think of it as practical, memorable extra confidence — not a legal substitute.

What ages is this for?

Adults of any age. We teach CPR and choking response for adults, children and babies, so it’s especially relevant for parents — but useful for anyone who spends time around other people.

What if I’ve never done anything like this before?

Perfect — that’s who it’s designed for. No medical background needed. The whole session is plain-language and hands-on, in a small, relaxed group where it’s completely fine to be a total beginner.

How many people can attend?

Open sessions run for 1–5 people — book solo for €90, or €150 flat for a group of 2–5 (a couple, a family, or friends). No minimum, no waiting for a session to fill: every booking runs. 6 or more people is cheaper as a flat-rate Private Party booking, which covers up to 8 people (€20 per extra person beyond that).
